Shipping method and delivery times
1. We strive to ship most orders as quickly as possible. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
2. The average shipping days to receive an order is 20~30 business days.
3. If Bridesmaid Chi encounter a large number of orders, the shipment may be delayed for a few days. Please allow additional shipping days for delivery. Factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearance may affect the delivery time. If there is a significant delay in the delivery of your order, Bridesmaid Chi will contact you by email.
Freight
1. The shipping cost of your order will be shown at checkout.
2. There is no need to pay additional shipping charges when the order amount is over $60, and a fixed $10 shipping fee is required if the order amount is less than $60.
Items may be returned in original purchase condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- Products purchased on www.nonslip-buckle.com must be returned online .
- Footwear and accessories may be returned or exchanged at no charge, in original purchase condition and packaging, within 30 days of delivery. All returns are subject to inspection. All packages, including original containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
- Skin care items may be returned at no charge within 30 days of delivery.
- After inspecting your return, we will issue a credit for the merchandise (including any applicable sales tax) to the original payment method used. Any shipping charges from your order will not be refunded. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your refund.
